Is it easy to use?

Yes. Rest the cradle around your neck, choose your heat and intensity, and settle in. It is cordless and whisper-quiet, and it switches itself off after 15 minutes. No setup, no cables, no learning curve.

How often should I use it?

We designed it as a daily ritual. Fifteen quiet minutes in the evening is a natural rhythm, and the auto-off ends each session for you. Reach for it whenever your neck feels tight and tired.

How strong are the massage pulses?

Gentle, and fully adjustable. We suggest starting on the lowest level and easing up until it feels right. The pulses are meant to help tight, tired muscles loosen up, not to startle you.

Will it fit me?

The massager comes in one size. The ergonomic 26° cradle is shaped to rest naturally where the neck meets the shoulders. And if it does not feel right on yours, the 60-night home trial has you covered.

Can I use it before bed?

That is exactly how we imagined it. The warmth, the slow kneading, and the quiet make it a natural part of a wind-down. The 15-minute auto-off means you never have to remember to switch it off. Evening, reset.

Is Cervly a medical device?

No. Cervly is a personal wellness device for relaxation and the temporary relief of everyday muscle tension. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Orders leave the warehouse within 24–72 hours and usually arrive in 6–10 business days, and we send your tracking link by email. More in our shipping policy.

How do returns work?

Write to us at support@cervly.com any time within your 60 nights and we will walk you through it. Returns are free, refunds are full, and we will not ask questions. There are no restocking fees.

What does the warranty cover?

Every device comes with a 1-year warranty. If something goes wrong, we repair or replace it. At checkout, you can extend this with the Lifetime Warranty upgrade for $19.99.

What else is in the range?

The Cervly Heat Wrap ($79) is a plush heated wrap for the neck and shoulders. The Cervly Ergonomic Pillow ($69) is a contoured memory-foam pillow shaped for back, side, and front sleepers. And The Complete Calm Set ($239) pairs the massager and the wrap together — one for the deeper work, one for the slow warmth.

How does charging work, and how long does the battery last?

It charges over USB-C, so the cable you likely already own will do. A full charge lasts about 8 sessions. With one session a night, that is more than a week of evenings between charges.
