Shipping, the calm way
Every Cervly order ships free, with tracking included. No minimums, no codes. It is simply how we send things.
Processing
Once you place your order, we get to work. Orders leave the warehouse within 24–72 hours.
Priority dispatch
Want it moving sooner? Add Priority Shipping ($9.99) to your order — we pack it first and dispatch it within 24 hours, on the fastest available carrier service for your destination, with tracking as standard. Standard orders leave within 24–72 hours. Priority Shipping is fully refundable if you cancel before dispatch, and within the 60-night trial like everything else.
Delivery
Orders usually arrive in 6–10 business days. A quiet wait, and then it is there.
Tracking
The moment your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. You can follow your parcel from our door to yours.
Changing your address
Typed the wrong street, or moving sooner than planned? We can update your delivery address any time before dispatch. Email support@cervly.com or reach us through our contact page, and we will take care of it. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we can no longer change where it is headed.
If your parcel is late
Carriers occasionally run behind. If your order has not arrived within the usual 6–10 business days, start with your tracking link — it often tells the story. If your parcel still seems stuck, write to support@cervly.com. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays. And if a parcel is lost in transit, we will resend it or refund you in full. You will not be left chasing a missing box on your own.
