Track your order

Every Cervly order ships with tracked delivery — and the moment your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a tracking link.

How it works

Orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours. As soon as yours ships, you'll receive an email titled "Your Cervly order is on its way" with your personal tracking link. Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first — it occasionally lands there. Still nothing? Write to us at support@cervly.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and we'll send your tracking link right over.

If your parcel seems stuck or delayed, get in touch — we'll chase it for you. That's what we're here for.
