Terms of Service

Welcome to Cervly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cervly.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from it. The Site is operated by Cervly Global Pte. Ltd., 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07, Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987 ("Cervly", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

Cervly products are personal wellness and comfort products intended for relaxation and the temporary relief of everyday muscle tension. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always read and follow the included instructions before use. If you are pregnant, use an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, have epilepsy, or have any medical concern, consult a doctor before using products that produce heat or electrical pulse stimulation.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in USD and include the product only; any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, where a listing contains an obvious pricing error — in which case you will be refunded in full. Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods.

3. Shipping

Shipping terms, timeframes, and the optional Priority Shipping upgrade are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. 60-night home trial and returns

Every order includes a 60-night home trial as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by anything in these Terms.

5. Warranty

Every Cervly product carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, as described on our Warranty page. The optional paid Lifetime Warranty upgrade extends the same cover for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, on the terms stated on the Warranty page. Warranties do not cover accidental damage, water damage, normal cosmetic wear, or use outside the included instructions.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, and branding — belongs to Cervly or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cervly's total liability arising out of or relating to any product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Before any formal dispute, please contact us — almost everything can be resolved with an email.
