One year, on us
Every Cervly product comes with a 1-year warranty. If something goes wrong under normal home use, we repair or replace it. That is the whole policy.
What the warranty covers
Defects in materials and workmanship, for one full year, on everything we sell. In plain words, that means:
- Neck Massager — heat that will not warm up or switch levels, massage nodes that stop kneading, pulse massage that will not start or adjust, battery or charging faults, or a USB-C port that stops working
- Heat Wrap — heating that will not warm up or cycle between its three levels, a controller button that stops responding, or a USB-C port that stops working
- Ergonomic Pillow — memory foam that fails to recover its shape, or seams and stitching that come apart under normal use
- The Complete Calm Set — both pieces are covered individually, exactly as above
How to make a claim
Email support@cervly.com with your order number and a short video or photo showing the issue. That is all we need. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and we will walk you through the next step — a repair or a replacement, whichever puts things right. You will never pay for shipping on a warranty claim.
What is not covered
A few things sit outside the warranty:
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Use outside the included instructions
If you are unsure whether something is covered, just ask. We would rather you email than wonder.
The Lifetime Warranty upgrade — full terms
At checkout or in your cart, you can add the Lifetime Warranty upgrade for $19.99. Here is exactly what it is:
- What it does: it extends the same 1-year cover — defects in materials and workmanship, repaired or replaced free of charge — for as long as you own your Cervly products.
- What it applies to: every Cervly product in the order it was purchased with.
- Who it covers: the original purchaser. The upgrade is not transferable if the product is sold or given away.
- What it does not cover: the same exclusions as the standard warranty — accidental damage, water damage, cosmetic wear, and use outside the instructions.
- How to claim: exactly the same as any warranty claim — email support@cervly.com with your order number.
- Nothing ships: the upgrade is a service added to your order, not a physical item.
- Changed your mind? The upgrade is fully refundable within your 60-night trial, like everything else.
One more thing
