Every Cervly order includes a 60-night home trial. It begins the day your order arrives. Fifteen quiet minutes a night, for sixty nights. That is enough time to know.
The trial covers everything we sell — the Cervly Neck Massager, the Cervly Heat Wrap, the Cervly Ergonomic Pillow, and The Complete Calm Set. If it is not for you, that is okay. Return it any time within the 60 nights for a full refund. No questions. No restocking fees. Return shipping is free.
How to start a return
- Email support@cervly.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
- We send a prepaid return label where available, along with simple instructions. If a prepaid label is not available for your region, send it back with any tracked service and we will reimburse the postage together with your refund.
- Once your return arrives with us, we issue your refund within 5-10 business days, back to your original payment method.
A few quiet details
- Please treat the product with reasonable care during your trial. Normal use is expected — we only ask that it comes back in fair condition.
- Any extras, such as the Lifetime Warranty upgrade or Priority Shipping, are refundable the same way, within the same trial.
- The trial is separate from your warranty. Every product also carries a 1-year warranty — if anything goes wrong, we repair or replace it.
