What's covered
Exactly what the standard 1-year warranty covers — defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, repaired or replaced free of charge — extended for as long as you own your Cervly products. It applies to every Cervly product in the order it was purchased with, for the original purchaser. How claims work
Email support@cervly.com with your order number and a short video or photo of the issue. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays and arrange a repair or replacement — you never pay shipping on a warranty claim.
